The tools for Zund cutters are beautifully made and they are very well designed and they last for many years. As you’ll undoubtedly have found out, Zund also know how to charge for their tooling.

We’ve worked with many of the Zund tools running our print businesses and we can help you to choose the right tools for your work. We can train your team to operate your Zund in the most efficient way, providing an understanding of tool selection and maximising the output of your cutter, saving time, cutting costs of blades and reducing energy consumption.

We hold a wide range of Zund tools in stock, which can be loaned for one off jobs or sold to you and we also buy surplus tooling should you have tools you no longer require.

If you have damaged tooling, Zund will often tell you it can’t be repaired and we have first hand experience of this. Despite their assertions, most of the tools can be repaired and there is absolutely no need to scrap worn tools and buy new. We can replace broken tops on UCT and PCT, tools, rebuild active tools including EOT and DRTs, we can also offer a refurbishment on router spindles, all without the costs that Zund will charge.
