Conveyor Belts

Our conveyors match the quality of the manufacturer supplied belts, but at more more reasonable prices.

A new conveyor will hugely improve cutting efficiency on your Zund cutting table

Having run graphics businesses for over 20 years, we know that sinking feeling when you accidentally cut through your conveyor belt. Thankfully, choosing Adtek for your belt will often half the cost of your belt replacement and we can often get to you faster than the manufacturers and we can get you back up and running quickly.

Our belts come in 2.5mm and 4mm diameters to suit Zund G3, Zund S3 and Zund PN series cutting tables. Our conveyors are cut to width to suit every machine width from a Zund S3 M series all the way up to a G3 3XL series cutter.

To give you a quotation on a belt for your Zund cutting table, we just need two measurements from you of the width and length of the belt. The easiest way to measure the length of a conveyor is to make a pen mark every 2-3 meters and rotate the belt until you find the first mark.

Our belts come with a two year or 2000 hour service life, whichever comes sooner. This covers the belt for manufacturing defects during normal operation, it doesn’t cover accidental damage.

Although we predominantly fit belts on Zund cutting systems, our belts are also suitable for Blackman & White, Kongsberg, Esko, Summa, Jwei and Iecho cutting systems. They will most probably fit other manufacturers, please ask if you have a machine that’s not listed here.

Do you find you have high and low spots in the bed whilst cutting?

Whilst the conveyor belt is removed, we can level the bed which involved taking taking measurements of the height of the bed, then adjusting the bed height to an acceptable tolerance. This has to be completed without the belt on the table, so it is an ideal time to do this with a new belt fitting.

Is downtime an issue?

We can fit belts out of hours to minimise disruption and we can also train your team to fit conveyor belts.

What do we do with the old belt?

Over our years of experience running a print business with Zund cutters, we’ve found the old belts are the best sacrificial mats to use when routing. Use the UCT to cut the old belt into 8x4 and 10x5 sheets, or any size that matches your material size and use them as underlays when routing. You can set this up as an underlay option with a thickness of 2.5mm for a standard G3 belt.

There’s damage to the aluminium bed, can it be repaired?

Absolutely we can and whilst the belt is off is the perfect time to conduct these repairs, We clean up the damaged area, fill the damage, level the infill and finally re-drill the vacuum holes.

We’ve bought our own belt, can you fit it for us?

Of course we can fit the belt that you’ve bought, however through our own firsthand experience not all belts are the same quality. We’ve seen belts that are not cut square, belts that are the wrong length and even belts that arent cut straight so tehy weave side to side when rotated.

“Can we get any testimonials and dot them around the site - would help build trust with potential customers who may be unsure about the quality of your product or service.”
